With over 200 selling points in UK, France, Switzerland, Minus417 was seeking to transform the offline retail presence to online sales. imOnline implemented a complete facelift and makeover solution that brought the cosmetic retailer triple revenue in online sales.

 As a 90% offline-based business, Minus417 was seeking to re-launch its online retail presence under major website facelift. Going from a wholesale model to an online retail one was a tough challenge for the company. imOnline had a challenge to build in a short period of time a new multi-channel online operation for a brick & mortar wholesale company.
imOnline had build a full-scale, multi-channel online business in less than 6 months. It included full deployment storefront cart solution, re-branding of the whole site, improving UI & User experience, and complete conversion rate optimization of the website. The full service solution also included setting up a Facebook store, paid search campaign, a multi language search campaign, affiliate marketing, and newsletter campaign landing pages for the campaigns.
Minus417 Sales had tripled in less than 6 months. This is due to an increase in traffic by 180%, doubling the Conversion rate, and increasing average order value per user in 20%.
