A2Z Rug is a top Persian rugs and carpets retailer in the UK and EU. Their online store, a2zrug.co.uk, is an innovative and leading online provider of antique and modern rugs. A2Z Rug features over 100 styles and 50,000 products from contemporary modern rugs to handmade unique Persian rugs.

imOnline set up A2Z Rug with extensive exposure on eBay, Amazon, and their own Storefront. The main tools included pay per click campaigns, search engine optimization (SEO), marketing, and affiliate program networks.

As a 100% offline-based business, A2Z Rug was seeking to launch its online retail presence. Going from a wholesale model to an online retail one was a tough challenge for the company. imOnline had to take A2Z Rug from brick & mortar store to full-scale, multi-channel online retailer in a short period of time.

imOnline was up to the task, setting up and launching a fully scalable online retail branch of A2Z Rug. The extensive operation included launching eBay stores in the US, UK, Germany, and Australia. We also created an Amazon outlet, as well as the company’s own Storefront. All told, more than 15 online channels were established.

imOnline took a fully offline business and transformed it into an innovative online retail brand. A2Z Rug’s annual revenue was tripled as online sales greatly increased the company's revenue stream.
